- Manage client-servicing and related follow-up on multiple interior architecture projects from client brief to end-delivery of artworks. - Assist the head architect or projects manager on their first meetings with new clients. - Understand the projects requirements and prepare various design brief options and presentations (research, mood boards, preliminary concept, and draft layouts) for the projects in consultation with the Head Architect. Get client's approvals and transmit accordingly all requirements to the Interior Architect responsible of Design Development and Construction Documentation and to the project manager responsible of contractual issues. - Conduct Shopping expeditions (with head architect) with client in order to select fixtures (WC, etc.) and materials (tiles, etc.) and furniture (if not customized). - Sourcing products, e.g. fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration and dressing, and providing samples for clients - Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, using software's as CAD, Photoshop, Revit, 3DsMax, ect - Working in a team with other designers. - Supervising work at the design stage and on site. - Keeping up to date with paper architecture and contributing in competitions that serve company's identity .
- Providing ideas and complimentary one on one advice. - Responsible for providing price estimations. - Conducting field visits at customer site. - Follow up with the operation department on the shipments. - Follow up with the installation team during execution of the project. - Conducting Sales calls with the clients on floor. - Providing full product and service orientation to the customer. - Responsible for achieving monthly sales target.
