• Drive Chipsy Capability agenda across Business and People fronts.

Reduced Cairo DCs total population by 11% Vs 2014 through ( time motion study & workload/force assessment), to make sure the reduction will not affect the customer service level or SC KPI’s.
Increase productivity in DCs through applying handover procedures between shifts & reviewing the job description for employees which led to minimizing no. of daily labors.
Unleash export loading from the plant to minimize shipping cost.
Apply food safety system in Cairo DCs.
Accountabilities:
• Customize the most safe, effective, and efficient operation working process per DC.
• Ensure full stock control, and apply/ review effective warehouse operations.
• Drive the DCs expansion plan across Cairo region starting with the expansion needs identification, selection criteria, and appropriate plan execution.
• Deliver the productivity, operational, and individual KPI's.
• Being the internal & external focal point for all DCs related issues.
• Execute timely annual budget and CPEX plan to secure the business growth.
• Manage all administrative activities, and governmental related issues in region.
• Close follow up for the inventory management cycle to reduce the value of damaged products and eliminate the product less.
• Manage all activities in cost effective way to be aligned with Opex & AOP figures.
• Implement new standard and procedures in accordance with CFI strategy.
• Develop and maintain defined metrics and reporting.
• Responsible for the contract follow-up with suppliers, and landlords, initiate and support procurement team for bidding, renewal or extension process. Resolve any contract issue with 3rd party.
•Set weekly production plans and share them with MRP team to develop delivery schedules of raw and packaging materials.
•Set daily production plans in partnership with manufacturing team inline with production lines balance, capacities, RM stocks, sales’ forecast figures and FG available stocks.
•Set balanced production plans to fulfill both Export orders and local market demand to achieve sales AOP targets.
•Review daily production attainment for different production lines and analyze the gap between planned and actual volumes in coordination with manufacturing team.
•Coordinate with maintenance and engineering to define projects and maintenance stoppages.
•Assist and coordinate with Marketing Department in launching new products.
•Developing, Reporting and following up on the production planning Kpi's to enhance Team performance.
• Retain all Packaging team-level responsibilities.
• Function as a “go-to” person when product, process, people (technical skills), or equipment problems arise.
• Train, coach, and certify Packaging team in all aspects of equipment operation, product manufacturing and quality assessment.
