The project improved the forecast accuracy, increased the sales volumes and reduced the returns.

 Support the sales team with the power of fact and figures: Designed a bunch of templates to report on daily basis the sales analysis for each channel and representative, the sales Vs. the forecast and the available stocks per SKU, the slow moving items, and the near expiry SKUs sales.
