• Manage all recruitment and HR function to support regional operations.
• Planning and implementing successful recruitment tactics in line with agency requirements including sourcing and screening a high quality pool of candidates.
• Using online and in-house recruiting resources to identify, attract, present and recruit top tier talent.
• Conducting prescreening interviews and giving feedback or recommendations to the hiring managers.
• Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates, including interview preparation, setting expectations, post offer discussions, offer letter review and general on-boarding.
• Managing the graduate internship program and maintaining good relationships with the local and international universities.
• Handling employee relations including grievances, complaints, assistance / communication, terminations and any other related issues
• Responsible for producing documentation - writing staff handbooks, contracts, staff memos, and issuing written offers of employment, promotion and updating HR policies.
• Responsible for administering and driving the annual appraisal system and handling the Talent Review assessment process for the regional offices.
• In consultation with line managers identify and follow up on employee’s individual development needs.
• Create a learning and development program for the agency; each team and Individual, based on training needs.
• Conducting exit interviews and managing the leaver documents to ensure a smooth transition for leavers.
• Manage the administration of HR paperwork necessary for legal process across the region
