الI start with United weavers ( this company produce poly amid yarns and fancy yarn )
at 2008 as service engineer, and in 2009 I mad training course for electric system and
computer system for POLY AMID EXTRUSION LINE ( this line has 8 sections : feeding
material - driers - extruder - air quench - high speed yarn winders - computer panel -
compressors - chillers - LTG unit )
mad training course for texture machines at 2009 ( this machine has 7 units feeding unit -
stretching unit - wining unit - compressors unit - chillers units - LTG unit - computer
panel )
and mad training course 2009 for LTG Air control system ( this system control by the
ambient of the building keep the temperature degree 25 and the humidity 68 % also we
can change both of them if we need another ambient
also install the lines and my responsibility electrical wiring and install electrical parts and
panels according to the electrical drawings and under supervising of the Barmag engineers
my responsibilities
make daily maintenance for the faults during the work for electrical panels and computer
panels in the extrusion line sections and texture machines and LTG units according to
electrical drawings
troubleshooting for the compressors and chillers and if there is big fault call the
responsible companies about them
searching in the market for chipper spare parts and same quality for the original parts
make monthly maintenance checking the whole system for the lens and the machines if
there is any parts or sensors not working or any things not working perfectly
make yearly maintenance, make cleaning - repairing for the panels and computers and
for all electrical parts
make communications with Barmag and LTG - Kasser - compair - train the company who
produce this machines if we have big problem or if we need spare parts

start with this company the at 2000 and I went to Germany
for training for poly propylene Extrusion lines at George Sahm company 15 days
in the 2004 went to Austria also for training poly propylene extrusion line at SML
company 15 days
the aim of training were
1- electrical maintenance for the line which has three sections ( extruder - air quench -
high speed winders ) with one chiller and on compressor and this same for those tow line (
SML - SAHM )
a- low voltage parts proximity sensors - pressure sensors Dynisco - speed sensors -
encoders - logic controller - Emergency system - current breakers for under voltage and
high voltage - soled stat relays and the computer panel with the CAN network of the lines
and the soft ware for the PLC and the system of the machine on computer of main panel

medium voltage AC\DC motors and motors drive inverters - solenoid valves - heaters and
circuit breakers and servo drives
install the Line with the German engineers and make the electrical wiring for the lines
according to the electrical drawing
and this also my daily responsibility to keep the line working and repair or install some of
this part if it damage
and every Year we make general maintenance and it's refurbish painting and change the
parts which damage or not working perfect change some wires or relays or circuit
breakers and some times we change PLC or the Computer of Main panel according to the
electrical panel
searching for spare parts chipper and same quality of the original, also make contact the
company who made these lines for spare parts or to solving some problems in the machine
also make maintenance for the cleaning oven which used to Bern plastic from some parts
of the lines

I'm working in the company at year 1997 full time in electrical repairing for electrical
looms Müller Swiss made
( low voltage sensors - emergency system - logic controller circuit breakers - medium
voltage 220 - 380 voltage inverters motors drive )
my daily job repairing the stopped loom by changing some fuses or power board or
download software for the PLC or motor break or download the parameters for the
inverters according to the electrical drawing
and had stopped in 2000, but still working with them only maintenance serves visit up to
now
