o Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR Division; including HR Services, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, as well as maintaining the FTE budget within the group.
o Directing day to day HR operations within the group to optimize service efficiency and ensure exceptional employee experiences and SLAs through digitalization projects and centralized group processes.

o Oversee all employee internal communication through creating a consistent HR tone and character while ensuring our guiding principles are embedded.
o Lead and mentor a dedicated team of HR professionals, fostering collaboration, skill development, and high-quality service delivery.
o Lead Transformation projects such as HR Digitalization and HR BI dashboards.

Employee Relations Specialist at RAK Economic Zone - RAKEZ
