• Participate in Audit Planning that consists of both short and long term planning.
• Manage and led to ensure that the diverse task performed and achieved by the audit team will fulfil audit function objectives.
• Independently perform the duties with objectivity, due diligence and professional care, in accordance with the Institute of Internal Auditors’ International Standards.
• Maintain professional competence through appropriate continuing professional education and Training.
• Obtain sufficient and appropriate audit evidence to draw reasonable conclusions on which to base the audit result.
• Makes oral/written presentations to management, discussing observations and recommending corrective action to improve operations.
• Provide leading practice recommendations to senior management to help improve the quality and effectiveness of the IT governance.
• Participate in investigation as digital forensic examiner

To provide timely, Cost-effective, High quality information system and services through continually improving of process to meet users requirements, my responsibilities include:
•Provide Single point of contact to gather all the service request and incident thru IT call centre and logging them into HPOV system.
•Managed, enforced & enhanced service levels related to 1st level support and required interactions to internal and external.
•Understand Business requirement and analyse process for better service delivery
•Prepare Staff shift schedule.
•Prepare timely reports.
•Managing new joiner requirement (New PCs & Software) and distributing the tasks among the Technicians.
•Evaluate team member's performance and motivate the team for better performance
My responsibilities in providing hardware & software support include:
•HP Open View Service Desk Management by Following up and updating of the daily tasks handled before meeting the deadline
•Active Directory environment managements, provide central authentication and authorization services to all Users and troubleshooting.
•Providing remote and on-sites support including software installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
•Designs acceptance testing of new equipment and services including new software
•Develop documentation for troubleshooting procedures, checklists, and guidelines to ensure consistent application of standards
•Provide feedback and recommendations for the purchased IT assets performance and documentation
As a Recoveries collector, my role involves:
•Call different delinquent levels of customers and Companies to keep delinquent accounts under control
•Present the right image of the bank while contacting internal and external customers.
•Provide feedback and recommendations to the Credit Department on portfolio performance and documentation
•Prepare timely reports & MIS upon request.
A challenging position within the Collection Department of the bank, as part of a team managing the Auto-Loan portfolio, my key responsibilities include:
•Follow up with default customer as per targets assigned by Recovery Team Leader for early regularisation.
•Maintenance and update of diary for follow up of delinquent accounts.
•Negotiate and arrange solutions to delinquent customers to regularise their accounts within Departments agreed strategies, policies and guidelines
•Send dunning/warning letters

Bachelor Degree in Computing and Information Technology System
