Implemented ISO 9001:2008 QMS, ISO 14000:2004 EMS & FSC standards - in accordance to ISO 9000:2005, ISO 9004:2009, ISO 19011:2011. My job included the implementation of systems & standards, applications, follow up, control & audit (IAFs, preventive & corrective actions, KPIs, processes & procedures…), prepare Internal Audit Plan, Management Review Meeting, Min. of Meeting, determine AOC and prioritize actions… In brief, everything related to management systems.
