*I have been playing a key role in the retail delivery field since 2009 until now.
*Preparing yearly phasing plan for Renovations and New Merchants in existing assets and new projects
*Prepare and issue Tenant Renovation list (existing assets)
*Taking care of the Tracking Sheet which is the most important sheet coordinating Retail Delivery Dep., Leasing Dep. and asset management.
*Following up with leasing in order to issue tenants the Tfoms in appropriate time
*Following up with consultant our Company Operation Dep. in order to issue units LODs in appropriate time
*Reviewing LODs to ensure they are in line with the COP
*Contacting tenants upon receiving Tfoms from leasing
*Setting the kick off meetings with tenants and ensure tenants and their contractors are briefed well on the fit out process guide lines, received the process documents and agreed on the milestones.
*Following up design phase to ensure that all submissions and our feedback are as per the agreed milestones until the tenants/ contractors achieve Final Design Approval; architectural and MEP.
*Managing unit hand over to tenant and contractor mobilization on site
*Following up fit-out work on site on daily bases in terms of milestones and quality.
*Following up Health and Safety regulations on site on daily bases and taking appropriate action in case of violation.
*Managing the tenant variation requests process
*Inspecting the shop prior opening and issue tenant permission to open for trade subject to the shop has to be free of snags and sparkly clean.
*Helping asset and operation managers after the opening and during the inspection of the shop front and design control zone on weekly bases.

2- Worked as a project engineer in a resort KM 89 on the north coast road with total area 100, 000 M2 including villas turn key, roads, landscape, drainage and water supply systems
3- Worked as a project engineer in Hard Rock Café, Sharm Elsheikh - all civil finishing items
4- Worked as a project manager in Banyswaif Cement Factory, managed fair face concrete skeleton execution for the main building and 10 service buildings with total area 3500 M2
