Ownership of client configuration, whereby ownership means keeping records of client functionality, parameterisation, environment, client specific documentation.
Participate in requirement gathering meetings with clients.
Assess new client requirements and identify the most appropriate technical solution, ensuring it is cost effective and resulting in a minimum number of Service Desk issues.
Responsible to write specifications for small to medium size projects ensuring the specifications are comprehensive, concise, clear and are in sync with the client business requirements.

Developed various enhancements of assigned clients and also involved in the full life cycle of major PRIME 4 Upgrade project.
Provided support to client to Install PRIME Software
Testing and debugging the system.
Interact and solve any client software problems related to PRIME.
