Ownership of client configuration, whereby ownership means keeping records of client functionality, parameterisation, environment, client specific documentation.
Participate in requirement gathering meetings with clients.
Assess new client requirements and identify the most appropriate technical solution, ensuring it is cost effective and resulting in a minimum number of Service Desk issues.
Responsible to write specifications for small to medium size projects ensuring the specifications are comprehensive, concise, clear and are in sync with the client business requirements.
Supervising project delivery department during client's major software upgrades.
Supports the project manager in resolving exceptional conflict situations.
Monitoring Service Desk Department’s performance against Client’s SLA (Service Level Agreements).
Technical Review and approval of Proposals and Variation Orders.
Writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards.
Customisation of TSYS PRIME System Module (PRIME Issuer, PRIME Acquirer)
Developed various enhancements of assigned clients and also involved in the full life cycle of major PRIME 4 Upgrade project.
Provided support to client to Install PRIME Software
Testing and debugging the system.
Interact and solve any client software problems related to PRIME.
Understanding the business case and thus involve in development of SRS
Helping the team to come up with the Design documents
Involved in designing & developing the modules
Involving in customization of various pages & reports as per customer requirement
Maintaining smooth functioning of the entire application & old versions of the product which were used by Clients.
Designing, Development and maintenance of the software.
Deploying the application in Web Server.
Used web services and .net remoting to exchange data between departments.
Involved in Designing the Database and created extensive SQL Stored Procedures.
Interact with end users for training, to solve their problems and to study further requirements
