Prepare intake register with CBM details within 24 hours of receiving a shipment delivery.
Maintain the tracking sheet for all completed information regarding GRN (brand wise).
Control/monitor all the IBT/Write offs/Damages within stores through a tracking sheet in accordance with the required procedures.
Co-ordinate with team colleagues to obtain all the relevant hard copies and scanned export acknowledgement forms from all stores and forward to back office Bahrain.
Follow up any queries with the merchandise delivery file.
Control stationary/non sale items & provide the list to the line manager on a monthly basis, e.g. usage of masking tapes, stationary, hangers, carrier bags and vehicle usage etc.
Inform the DC Supervisor - Admin/ DC manager regarding any shortage /excess/damages/re-called stock received from a supplier immediately.
Co-ordinate with back office to update product master files.
Assist the team to print barcodes for the required brands.
Assist line manger to obtain pre-alert details from merchandisers and freight forwarders.
Prepare Invoice and packing list.
