 Prepare intake register with CBM details within 24 hours of receiving a shipment delivery.
 Maintain the tracking sheet for all completed information regarding GRN (brand wise).
 Control/monitor all the IBT/Write offs/Damages within stores through a tracking sheet in accordance with the required procedures.
 Co-ordinate with team colleagues to obtain all the relevant hard copies and scanned export acknowledgement forms from all stores and forward to back office Bahrain.
 Follow up any queries with the merchandise delivery file.
 Control stationary/non sale items & provide the list to the line manager on a monthly basis, e.g. usage of masking tapes, stationary, hangers, carrier bags and vehicle usage etc.
 Inform the DC Supervisor - Admin/ DC manager regarding any shortage /excess/damages/re-called stock received from a supplier immediately.
 Co-ordinate with back office to update product master files.
 Assist the team to print barcodes for the required brands.
 Assist line manger to obtain pre-alert details from merchandisers and freight forwarders.
 Prepare Invoice and packing list.
