• As an Ethics and Integrity Champion we are responsible for providing basic training about AfME's FCPA & GPIHP SOPs, answer routine and simple questions about the SOPs, and provide business input on opportunities to improve our compliance policies and program.
• As a Policy Champion we are responsible for Delivering Awareness sessions on HR Policies for PGS-Cairo Site.
• Define and maintain a Training Quality System that complies with GMP Regulations, PQS Q1228 and site procedures for both the PGS Cairo and the Logistics Cairo group. This includes all elements of an effective Training Quality System to ensure that colleagues and contingent workers are qualified by a combination of their education, training and experience to perform independently in their roles.
• Oversee the planning, organization and documentation of all RFT trainings, M-1, GB projects, and other RFT projects.
• Coach colleagues to deliver Yellow Belt & Green Belt Projects
• Review Six Sigma training materials
• Develop / design Preparation Of RFT Recognition sessions
• Oversees the design, development, and implementation of GMP training at the site, including the orientation and induction of all new colleagues and Contingent Workers.
• Working with Site leaders, identify training requirements to support the business and compliance needs via the development and effective rollout of an Annual Training Plan (eg. Technical, Management, Quality Management, Six Sigma, Computer skills, EHS needs, etc.)
• Implement a competency based program to ensure that On-the-Job training is effective in ensuring that colleagues have the necessary skills to perform their role competently and confidently.
• Manage the selection and evaluation of Trainers to ensure that all training occurs to the defined standards and consistency
• Oversee the Performance Evaluation of Personnel e.g GMP spot check for Technical trainings & Management assessment for soft skills trainings.
• Ensure that Cairo Site maintains our compliance to Pfizer PQS, by overseeing the PQS Awareness and Communication for all departments to eliminate gap analysis in CAS Reports.
• Ensure technical training documentation (Annual needs, Annual Training plan, training materials, Training records, evaluation records) is promptly and accurately completed and maintained
• Ensure that Cairo site maintains our training programs in compliance to the Change Management System, work with change sponsors to amend and revise Programs.
• Actively work to explain Cairo's Training Quality system and maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Working with the EHS leader, identify needs and developing appropriate training for EHS topics
• Oversee and lead the administration and training activites for the Pfizer Learning management System (PLS) for the PGS Cairo site and the Cairo Logistics organisation.
• Supporting GLS-Cairo colleagues in all training requirements & Needs
• Working with the Regional Lead for Emerging Markets / Local Market Supoprt, provide expertise and experience to the North Africa sites in relation to the Training Quality System and in support of the rollout of regional training in French.
