- Manage and Organize Field Support operations
- generate flowcharts and cycles for the processes handled by the field engineers and improve it and develop it to provide a baseline for the engineers to work on
- Supervision of Field daily activities
- Provide second line of support for the field engineers
- Acting the middle chain between Mobily Backbone teams and the field engineers.
- Give training sessions for the engineers about any newly launched services that will be handled by the division or for any business demands needed to be cleared for the team

- Pre-sales engineer
Support sales team on proposals and WAN solutions for customers
Meet customers to understand user requirements and come out with proposals
Customers presentations and clarifications
Prepare technical solutions documents to be implemented by the core team for the customers
- After Sales services
Activating and troubleshooting of different kinds of WAN solutions and services such as DIA, IPVPN, IPVPN BE, Ethernet, IP Transit, International IPVPN connections and BlackBerry servers with different types of routing protocols
Activating and troubleshooting different medias provided by Mobily for Business customers such as PMP, PTP, GPON and Active Ethernet
Planning and Helping the customers to integrate the services provided for them into their network
Tasks Handled:
- Installation and troubleshooting of services.
- WAN solutions: Leased line, Wireless, ADSL, Frame Relay and Dialup
- Cisco routers, switches and firewall installations
- Microsoft Products configuration such as ISA, Exchange
