My current role is to coordinate sales for the retail and whole sales, e.g. Providing quotations. Making, following and approving orders to warehouse. Following retail customer delivery, service and complains. Leading and motivating the Sales Team.
Leading the In-Store Support team for retail sales. My role is to coordinate sales of the retail stores and deal with customers by giving all the informations about the products and helping in how to use them or even solving all the issues for the customers and to make sure the customer gets best service and care. To take action immediatly if there is any issue regarding the service center or with the retailer. I'm responsible for all the campaigns that held in Jeddah or even Westren region. Responsible of POS materials and display on shelves in the showrooms. Monitoring the promotions to be successful and motivating the promoters to reach there monthly targets. Training the new promoters that are employed in Jeddah. Supervising a team of 12 In-Store Support representative for westren region.
I was the Store Manager for a brand name "Miss Sixty". My previous jobs was as a Store Manager for more than 1 year in a fashion brand name "Miss sixty". I was managing and responsible of a showroom and six employees. I work as a salesman, cashier, Visual Merchandiser and inventor in the showroom. To be sure the customers getting the full services and care.
I worked 1 year as a Admin Assistant in the office. I job was to at the assist the Finance department, operation department and mostly in the Sales department. Providing logistic supports to the Sales team in the showrooms. Training the employees for the retail POS system and operating the system in office. Training the new employees for sales & customer service skills. Organizing the meetings with forigen contractors.
It's a 3 years of high diploma course that graduate me as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
