- Carrying out the efficient operation of company warehouses 56 storehouse, manage a team of more than 400 staff with strong experience, inventory management and monitoring the replenishment of stock items by raising purchase indents and delivery advices & scrutinizing purchase indents.
- Managing logistics operations involving coordination with international freight forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents & other external agencies. Formulating strategies & reaching out to the unexplored market segments/customer groups for business expansion. Streamlining the system and procedures for effective inventory control and ensuring ready availability of materials to meet the requirement. Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as percentage for rejections, quality improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms, etc.
