Job Responsibilities:
• Implement, maintain, troubleshoot and configuring different Avaya Media gateways (G650, G250, G350), Avaya servers (S8700, S8500, S8400), and ATA’s.
• Installing and configuring CM (Communication Manager), Intuity Audix, Avaya Modular Messaging, and most voice related products.
• Sizing, Installing and configuring System Access Terminal (SAT) along with voice gateway configuration.
• Installing and configuring different voice modules on Avaya G650, G250, G350 Media Gateways along with the dial plans and the dial peers.
• Sizing Installing and configuring different applications (Auto Attendant, ICD, IVR and Call Center)
• Ultimate experience in different types of Avaya/Cisco Analog, Digital, and IP phones, Voice Gateways and different types of cabling and connections.
