1. Undertake case management activities in an assigned area, such as file integrity, program access, casework, field team, adjudications support, scheduling or pre-departure services.
2. Assist in the efficient and effective management of refugee case files and medical records, including, if assigned, undertaking such duties as creating new case files, distributing case files, filing returned files, keeping accurate and comprehensive track of files through the file tracking system, scanning files and transforming case files into travel packets.
3. Undertake refugee form fill interviews for the purposes of recording biographical information, including, if assigned, accurately completing necessary forms, correctly entering data into the Worldwide Refugee Admissions Program System (WRAPS) and other databases, scanning, photocopying, attaching and filing documents, translating basic documents, and photographing applicants in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
4. Assist with the organization and/or scheduling of refugee appointments, including, if assigned, running ad hoc reports, entering data into schedules in WRAPS or another database, updating schedules, issuing notifications, visiting applicants in camps and other locations to relay appointment information, and/or assisting with circuit ride logistics.
5. Assist with the adjudication of refugee case files by providing, if assigned, interpretation during interviews, data entry services, logistical support and assisting with the notification of results to refugee applicants as needed.
6. Update WRAPS with biographical and other sensitive information such as interview dates, US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) interview and fingerprint results, medical data and resettlement location preferences, and, if assigned, activate processes such as program access verification, security checks or assurances as required.
7. Undertake quality assurance checks of refugee files and case data in WRAPS as directed by Case Management team members or supervisors.
8. Provide regular reports on work being accomplished to the Project Focal Point, Case Management, and/or other supervisors and team members.
9. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the USRAP, SOPs and WRAPS, as well as the ability to remain professional, impartial and unbiased during all interactions with refugee applicants and colleagues.
10. Maintain and ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all RSC-related information by implementing control procedures in line with USRAP standards of conduct and data protection rules. Alert the Project Focal Point, Project Coordinator or RSC management of any non-compliance to SOPs or codes of conduct by RSC staff members.
11. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
1. Make the necessary Arrangements before the Assessment (call Group Participants, check access to areas, set times, check availability, etc.)
2. Look for suitable places to conduct the interview when are specific needs to born in mind (privacy, confidentiality of information, etc.)
3. Support M&E Manager and in standardizing of questionnaires and assessments (Excel, ODK, etc.)
4. Maintain and make available all data collection tools/formats to the program teams and ensure that all projects utilize uniform forms for data collection
5. Identify the eligible people in the household/tented settlement for the interviews/questionnaires
6. Conduct interviews at different levels (household, ITS, etc.) in person or remotely (telephone call)
7. Apply and manage different questionnaires/data collection tools (questionnaires, KAP surveys, etc.) depending on the case
8. Compile indirect information and triangulate the provided data through direct observation, alternative questions and alternative informants (neighbors, relatives)
9. Input the primary/secondary information, the collected data and any other remarks/observation systematically through an android tablet/device or via questionnaire hard copies
10. Safely keep soft and hard copies of records of programs information for weekly and monthly data
11. In consultation with the Program Manager’s and the Field Coordinator make sure that timely and complete weekly, monthly and other project data reports are submitted
12. Review the whole information to ensure quality of data provided, completeness of the assessment tools and avoid further visits/calls to complement the information
13. Ensure quality of implementation of the tools (interviewing techniques, following of methodology, utilization of data collection tools)
14. Support M&E Manager and in standardizing of questionnaires and assessments (Excel, ODK, etc.)
15. Qualitative, quantitative and support statistical analysis of the gathered data
16. Maintain regular contact with beneficiaries, community leaders, municipality representatives and other (I)NGOs
17. Cross check information with field-level sources of information
18. Support the M&E PM and Program managers in conduction focus groups discussions as requested (from note taking to directly conducting focus groups discussion if delegated by the M&E PM
19. Prepare and conduct focus groups discussions
20. Support M&E Manager in the preparation and conducting of other assessments (rapid, multisectorial) that might be demanded
21. Report continuously the progress of the activities and assessments to line manager
22. Report weekly on all the activities related to assessment and data collection
23. Regular oral reporting, debriefing and feedback to the M&E PM, Field Coordinator and Project Managers (where necessary)
24. Prepare PDM reports, focus group reports, baseline/endline reports, and site plan reports for wash activities.

Feasibility Study and outreach specialist within Community Centers Association staff implementing Poverty Pockets Empowerment Program (PPE) in cooperation with Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, performing tasks in all the regions assigned to CCA (Irbid, Mafraq, Aqaba, Rowayshed, Dhulail, and Sahab) and report directly to Program Manager at CCA. responsibilities and tasks include:
1. coordinate with local CBOs on candidate beneficiaries and making inquiries on candidates at at the ministry of social development local offices
2. visiting households at home and preparing case study for each household to identify their needs and what interventions could help improving the household living conditions
3. working with households to determine best project for the household based on family members' skills and qualifications, location, and local market requirements
4. preparing feasibility study for each micro project to be awarded to households.
5. cooperate with households to analyzes the requirements of the commodity and equipment required for each project, including preliminary specifications
6. Solicit quotes from local markets, analyze and evaluate proposals, implement purchase and delivering commodity and equipment to beneficiaries.
7. Follow up projects through outreach and field visits, preparing follow up report
8. provide basic training to households on basic micro project management such as book keeping and managing accounts receivable and locating new suppliers and some basic marketing skills
9. assist in preparing maintenance tenders to rehabilitate damaged and incomplete houses in Rwaished.
10. assist in preparing tenders to purchase large quantities of commodity to be delivered for households.
11. Develop, maintain and disseminate a comprehensive knowledge base on the referrals in the area of work of the project to provide information as required for different purposes;
