Ensuring that the project aligns with RHC goals, vision, and expectations.
Managing the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Identify and assess potential risks to the project from the Clients’ perspective.

Reduce costs by using site resources and subcontractors effectively.
Drafting action plans and lead meetings with executive departments to review project status and proposed changes.
Mitigating risks, coordinating plans and updating specifications to ensure safety and HSE compliance.
Sustaining safety protocol, providing cost effective and safe handling equipment and material use while adhering to HSE regulations
Training and monitoring junior team members leveraging previous experiences for optimal project approach.
Define project deliverables and monitoring status of tasks.
Reduce process lags by effectively managing employees for optimal productivity while training staff on best practices and protocols.
1. Analyze and interpret documents, specification, drawings and B.O.Q.
2. Prepare schedule of activities, daily, weekly and monthly program of labors and plants. Estimating time required to perform each work/activity, effectively and efficiently and ensure to complete the work within the project time.
3. Ensures the availability of required manpower, material and equipment based on time and cost, size and type of project.
4. Manage and execute the project from the planning stage to final completion stage within the approved budget, time and quality.
5. Complying with company policies, quality procedures, statutory requirements etc.
6. Ensures quality of materials and the installation of work as per specifications.
7. Attends to all aspects related to project health, safety and security.
9. Identifying and taking necessary corrective actions to improve the progress and/or quality of work.
10. Monitor subcontractor works such as civil, MEP, and Architectural works closely to ensure the progress and quality.
11. Liaises with Clients/Consultants/government officials regarding the projects when required.
12. Ensures that materials for the project are approved by the Consultant/Client.
13. Ensure that Municipality approvals obtained prior to casting structural members.
14. Direct and control the snagging works related to the project and handover of completed works.
16. Attends site/office meetings.
1•Coordinating with concerned Departments to provide all Engineering, Labors, Supervision, Materials, Tools, Equipment, Scaffolding, Storage, Temporary Facilities and Other Services necessary for the Execution of the Work.
2•Following up the Preparation of Shop Drawings, Technical & Material Submittals, and NOI with our Technical Team.
3•Coordinating with Client/ Project Management/ and Consultant Firms for the site issues and there requirements.
4. Follow up the scope and schedule of project to assure matching with their baselines and enhance the factors help achieving objectives of project.
This Project is the first JV between EMAAR and BAWADI, Called Trio Towers (Maysan) development, this project consists of Podium (B+G+6), T1 (B+G+33), T2 (B+G+26) and T3 (B+G+ 27) and costs 600 Million Dirham
Scope of work:
1.Deputy Project Manager on EMAAR Bawadi Development representing the consultant on the site in all corresponds.
2.My job comprises the day to day management of the site and attends all design/ progress meetings related to site.
3.Help to speed up in resolving outstanding issues with the relevant design teams and forward required information to the client/ project management team and the contractor to avoid any possible delays to site progress.
4.Reviewing and recommending of all submitted subcontractors, suppliers and installers at site.
5.Reviewing and recommending of submitted shop drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and information requests from contractor, subcontractors.
6.Site coordination of structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
7.Reviewing and recommending any civil variation claims requested by contractor.
8.Assisting project manager to administrate the site and staff, attending and responding to management, consultant, contractor and subcontractors civil and MEP meetings.
I worked in 2 projects, first one as a site engineer in a multi story tower in dubai marina which was at finishing stage, i followed all activities in tower as follow:
1.Execution and supervision all finishing activities in the tower (2B+G+26F) starting from concrete repair till handing over of (104) flats and (22) villas.
2.Control and managing manpower at site including subcontractors.
3.Arranging payments of subcontractors at several stages and several activities (block, plaster, ceramics, gypsum works, painting works, wooden works…etc).
4.Site co-ordinations with all executive parties (MEP, Architectural, and Civil).
5.Arranging all required materials and machines for construction works (sand, cement, ceramics, marble, bobcat, trucks, transportations…etc).
6.Arranging planning work schedule of subcontractors and checking progress of works.
second project was also a multi story tower in dubai marina, i was project engineer with following job responsibility:
1.Execution and supervision all structural activities in the tower (3B+G+34) starting from excavation and piling works.
2.Control and managing manpower at site including subcontractors.
3.Arranging payments of subcontractors at several stages and several activities (excavation works, piling works, dewatering systems, pile head breakings, membrane water proofing works, spray plaster (guniting) works, post tension and core wall slip form system).
4.Preparing monthly planning schedule of works and submitting percentage of completed work report by end of month to estimate progress of works.
5.Arranging all required materials and machines for construction works (steel, concrete, decking materials, comprisors, vibrators…etc).
