Responsible for the project management throughout the entire project life cycle, including project initiation/proposals, project delivery, business liaison / stakeholder management, post implementation review and project close out / handover.
Creates and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope.
Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
Prepare engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Minimizes exposure and risk in projects.
Ensures project documents are up-to recognized industry standards.
Produce, maintain, update, disseminate, and expand the set of architecture baseline documentation;
Birds-eye view on project quality.
Sponsor, drive, and support the delivery of technical solutions with architectural relevance;
Study new promising technologies and analyze their applicability to Projects;
