As a team lead my time is divided to 30% developing my tasks, 20% project management, 20% code review and 30% supporting team members. I’m also responsible for project architecture, developing technologies and setting release plan.

As 3rd level senior my time is divided to 80% developing my tasks and 20% supporting juniors. I’m also participating in project architecture. In the absence of the team lead I’m acting as a team lead.

I am developing two projects - fleet systems - which are concerned with tracking vehicles using GPS devices and AGPS on mobiles. One of my responsibilities is to handle integration between mobile Apps and WCF services.
