-Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of SWIFT applications for all environments “Production/DR/UAT” and respond to exceptions by initiating the correct actions to meet the highest availability targets
-Identify problems and participate in the problem management process. This includes a wide array of potential issues, including messaging, application, network, database, and system related problems. -Perform Daily Backup operation of the Database, Configuration, Logs and Archive to be prepared for restoration on Backup Server and Disaster Recovery Environment
- Implement SWIFT CSP Controls to secure SWIFT environment and update the contorls
-upgrade and and install update patches for all SWIFT related components “Access/Web-Platform/Gateway/SNL”
-Gain in-depth knowledge about SWIFT's internal applications and their interactions in order to identify and analyze problems
-Execution of production installations including configuration setups, error message handling, and service verification development and review of operational procedures in accordance with the established process
Software Application Support Engineer Supporting Turbo-Swift Application for more than 10 Banks in Egypt including CBE which is a SWIFT Approved Interface from SWIFT acting as the Bank's gateway to the secured SWIFT network, providing a cost-effective, accredited system for managing international payment messages
• Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
• Maintain system efficiency.
