Schedule Variance (SV)., Calculate Cost Variance (CV), Calculate Other Status Indicators (SPI, CPI, EAC,
ETC, and TCPI ), Compile Results
Program construction teams for each lines to study and analysis contractor claim for EOT ( Extension of
Time )
Change dept., technical dept. and PMO to study and evaluate the Request for change and scope control
requested by employer and contractor
Commercial dept. and contract admin dept. to study and review the assessment of claim or variation
order submitted by contractor and study and evaluate the Employer claim based on the awarded
contract
Tender and evaluation dept. to study and prepare the pre-tender Estimate (PTE) for all tender by QR and
other expected Rail Extension ( Green line Extension & Red line Extension ) also for other government
project like new Doha slaughterhouse, fish market & vegetable market
