2-Complete all requirements to launch the twin towers project in CITYSCAPE Qatar 2014/2015
Strategic Consulting, including( business plan & sales strategy development. real estate registration department approval, provided services, units details, brochures)
3-Preparing feasibility study and marketing plan for twin towers project, arrange with different brokerage agency to insure a quick sell &lease
4-Provide quotations from different services provider .( MEP, cleaning company, maintenance company, home appliance &kitchen appliance )
5- Gathering data and information about competitors, new project, prices for competitors in Sharjah & Dubai.
control the leasing contracts to ensure that they are renewed in a timely manner.
be an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales.
Generate lists of properties for sale, their locations and descriptions, and available financing options,
Maintain knowledge of real estate law for freehold properties, local economies, fair housing laws, and types of available mortgages, financing options and government programs.
Appraised property values, assessing income potential when relevant.
Managing all leasing related procedures for a residential and commercial tower containing 164 flats and 4 office floors.
• Managing a residential villa compound made of 8 units.
• Overseeing all maintenance related processes in both locations.
• Following up on legal matters with concerned governmental bodies.
Achievements in this role:
• Complete leasing of Al Mansoori Tower - Sharjah- UAE.
• Complete set up of the property management office.
• Full preparation of all leasing and maintenance procedures, including contracts, filling system, maintenance records, etc…
