Job duties:
• Was responsible for all supply chain tasks starting from planning and receiving orders, to logistics for materials needed for manufacturing
• Failed to achieve target due to many circumstances which lead to end up the business without a loss
Job duties:
- As Demand Planner:
• •Analyze, formulate and co-ordinate a manufacturing requirement plan based on customer’s firm and forecasted orders by evaluating all factors involved
• •Regular communication with UK Planning with any potential changes in customers’ delivery, especially within manufacturing lead time, or inside planning time fences.
• •Continuously provide relevant information to superiors in an accurate and understandable manner.
• •Analysis of customer schedules, reconciliation and production of a schedule for the Logistics & procurement Departments.
• •Ensure that additional freight costs due to customer schedule changes are brought to the attention of the customer on time
• •Agreeing with UK planning and planning manager the stocking policy for the products planned
• •Weekly monitor for policy stock within finished goods warehouse, to ensure maintaining the flexibility rules required by each customer for reacting to their requirements fluctuations.
• •Monitor any sudden shortfalls and take necessary actions to resolve
• •Prepare periodic reports & detailed comparison of previous schedule quantities.
• •Ensure, in case of any business run out, that all liability information is collated and made available for claim in proper time.

•Dealing with different customers- such Denso - Koito - Visteon
• Receive customer order & ensure that BOM is valid.
- Handle with logistics dept. way of shipment for the required materials.
- Load production plan on planning system before MRP.
- Handle with production to meet the deadline which satisfies customer need.
• Send shortage issues (if any) or follow up with customer if there is any issue.
• Handling with customers new demands and inform him with our process (our lead time for the martial,
• finish goods & production time) and sign logistics agreement.
• Handling with the procurement team when we will receive the unique material and follow up with engineering team the process of BOM creation for the new projects.
• Handling with production team launching new project and send to them the drawing of the new Harnesses to build the facilities and call the labors and ensure to start production smoothly once we receive required materials & PPAP approval.
• Sustain good relationship with the customer and start normal demands.
- Reports :
• Responsible for some reports like, Stock Report and Shortage Report
