Main Responsibilities:
• Managing the technical process of the projects during executing period and reporting to the program manager of the group.
• Managing all stakeholders throughout the project life cycle against KPIs to monitor performance and ensure service levels are maintained in line with business requirements.
• Applying high-end project management concepts like critical path management, material and human resource management in planning and efficiently organizing the site facilities to meet deadlines with customer satisfaction oriented methodology.
• Collecting metrics data (such as baseline, actual values for costs, schedule, work in progress and work completed) and preparing reports to take curative actions in case of variance.
• Tracking project developments to ensure overall quality of deliverable, adherence to project time lines as well as financial bottom-lines.
Helping to organize, operate and coordinate worksite
Contribute to ensuring that timetables, budget, and quality and safety requirements are respected.
Develop and sustain relationships with external partners (clients, suppliers, subcontractors) and internal partners (worksite foremen, managers).

Secondary works stairs, escalators, columns, beams and elevators
• Reviewing design drawing and coordinating all project geometric aspects.
• Preparing shop drawings (Structural) and coordinating with the MEP department all geometric aspects.
• Managing Sites' requirements and controlling site groups and coordinating between them in order to avoid any contradictions during project execution
• Preparing Daily, Weekly & monthly reports and controlling the monthly site return (invoices). In charge for QS review.
• Preparing contractual and design defaults letters and claims.
