Job Description & Responsibilities: ► Implement and apply Rezidor it policy ► Administrate and maintain computer system contains: Software maintenance / Hardware maintenance / Monitoring & maintaining the internal network, enhancing / Operating on Hotel Management System / Maintain System / Provide Hardware & Software Maintenance / Technical Support for Fidelio, Opera PMS 5, Micros Systems, Windows / Server 2003, whole network hardware / Create a daily backup for whole data keeping on separate tapes / Using Symantec Backup Exec & rec 2010 to save all important data to Backup tape and install the Data remotely on any workstation you need, To have an access remotely to the Data and run the backup operation / Daily update for antivirus to whole network users / Resume a monthly training for whole network users / Weekly maintenance for wireless network and cyber café installed Inside our Property / Preparing the new system Micros Material Control System / Familiar with different types of scanners and printer maintenance and repair/ Maintenance and PC Troubleshooting /Perfect in Solving Networks Problems and Wireless Networks/ WI FI guest service in most rooms and all open area installation & implementation & lobby/ SCALIX (Mail Server) Under Linux Red Hat/ IFC Action V.6 Interface/ Electronic Key System/ Call Accounting System/(AVAYA) PABX Programming/ Administrate operating system server and client/ Installing and Configuration Great Plains Program/ Installing and Configuration Payroll Personnel System (Comsys) Program/ Installing and Configuration Procure Program/ Installing and Configuration Scala Program/ Perfect in Solving Networks Problems and Wireless Networks/ Solve any problem related to pc's, network topology/ Help all users to working problems/ Solve daily basics IT Problems (H&S)/ Ensure that all pc's are working properly/ Ensure that company systems are working properly
