Job Responsibilities:
Managing and leading the full life cycle recruiting process within designated client groups and drive the process for all involved (Hiring Managers, HR, interviewers, candidates, vendors).
Lead Hiring Manager/HR intake meetings and educate all participants on roles and responsibilities.
Development and implementation of sourcing strategies (direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, research, etc., ) as well as management of any third party search partners.
Implementing adequate candidate assessment tools into the process, while educating interviewers on how to leverage interview methodology.
Responsible for candidate care and ensure that candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsible for staffing metrics and data integrity captured in the staffing system.
Build strong relationships with the various plant and corporate customers, serving as a subject matter expert while influencing, guiding and driving the recruiting process.
Manage the offer development and presentation process, as well as partnering with compensation, HR, and the Hiring Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Secretarial Functions
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, organizing office operations and designing filling systems (hard & electronic)
Reviews & classifies incoming correspondence & mails causing smoothness in the decision making process as well as time saving
Prepares reports and materials for presentations, conferences and seminars
Maintains Senior Executive’s calendar
Prepares and supports presentations with specific programs and templates
Organizes flight, hotel, transportation, housing and other travel arrangements as required
Acts as liaison between senior management and subordinates by transmitting directives and follow up
Administrative Functions
Manages tasks within division and follow up the execution of action plan
Coordinates with Finance Department on the Division operational budget
Manages events at division level
Assists executives within the division in interviewing candidates for required vacant position to be filled
Audits, as per approved policies & procedures, approval requests before signature by CEO and writes any needed comments
Coordinates timing for important meetings such as Board and Executive Committee meetings
Plans and implements records Management System
Bears responsibility for the division petty cash
Plans & manage business trips and related expenses
