I was assigned by the CEO to start this business to be the OOH media arm of the group and for Egypt as well as it is the first online platform that covers the topic. As a General Manager I had the next responsibilities:
• Developing the core company cultures and ethical purposes
• Developing the company vision for the first 5 years
• Developing a reasonable mission that sends return on the other group entities
• Developing the right strategy in order to fulfill the mission
• Developing the Business Plan and all related action plans
• Building the required capacity to provide such content on a daily basis
• Building the departmental hierarchy considering the workflow
• Recruiting the right talents into every department accordingly
• Building a reporting system and proved KPIs for every personnel and department
• Analyzing the KPIs on a round basis and evaluate the company performance upon referenced analysis
• Team building and mentoring how to set, meet deadlines, hit goals and sustain success
As an editor in chief, I have many responsibilities as:
• To understand the nature of the OOH industry, including the stakeholder
• Defining the requirements of every segment of the market stakeholders; marketers, media planners, and the media providers including the inventories, and networks
• Keeping an eye on the updates of the industry and the community response to the updates.
• To offer our readers the daily reliable media intelligence they need for their success
• Generating the required analysis to define the right future actions

1. Developing organizational marketing strategy and communication policy
2. Working on marketing follow-ups activities, and ensure that the activities are all inline with the organizational targets.

Create annual marketing budgets based on target dues, allocating mandatory expenses, discretionary expenses and media expenses as appropriate to support marketing programs, initiatives and brand messaging in order to achieve organization objectives. I'm handling the brand, creative and the media PR, however I did manage the rebranding for the group in 2012, and developed the brand guidelines, then released the second version as updated 2014 for the first one, development according to the past experience.
Also I develop the Branding Strategy 2013-16, media planning and budgeting the plans, and finally working on the implementation and monitoring to develop the insights for the analysis of every annual quarter or other roundly performance review.
