As a Marketing Manager my main role is leading our creative marketing team to create and implement the marketing strategies and brand visibility for 13 companies in different business sectors like Building Materials, Retail, HORECA, F&B, Sports Division, Construction, Interior Design and Furniture using the best practices in Digital Marketing, Traditional Marketing and Business Development techniques.

Benign a Marketing Manager in a holding group has helped me to keep going on learning more about effective marketing strategies and business development techniques to achieve the business goals for many companies at same time without wasting the on-hand opportunities. Moreover, understanding the needs of our customers and targeted audiences and how to provide the best marketing messages fit their needs and lifestyle.
Build and execute effective Digital Marketing, Social Media communication and eCommerce strategies with annual and monthly budget for each concept/brand/eCommerce/Sales Channel through a competitive research and Data analysis, Define the SMART Objectives and KPIs, platforms and technology determination, Touchpoints with consumers, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
• Act as an internal knowledge leader to adopt all digital media and eCommerce trends and opportunities.
• Define and evaluate the required technology: Automated Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality and Customer Engagement Business APIs.
• Lead the communication with technology suppliers, creative agencies and Media Networks as strategic partners.
• Monitor each Brand / Campaign action plan, gather and analyze the data to provide immediate recommendation and refine the performance.
• Plan and evaluate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community and company guideline.
• Measure the communication performance at all stages to ensure original objectives and strategies are being met to satisfaction.
• Capture and analyze the appropriate social metrics, insights and best practices and then acting on the information.
• DCRM and Crises Management.
• Conduct digital media research including target audience identification, competitive analysis, qualitative web site profiling, search engine keyword analysis, and secondary research aggregation.
• Review and update the Content, Social Media, Digital Marketing transformation annual roadmap to keep out work on the right track.
• Secure the organization's ROIs and brand position.
Build and manage effective and engaging Social Media platforms of Sports Corner and Adidas brands in Qatar using solid strategies, high quality and inspiring content to increase the brand awareness, engage the customers, lead traffic to the store and increase the sales through the customers favourite Social Media and Digital media channels like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat and other similar community sites, SMS and eMail Marketing. Manage relevant websites, blogs and famous media networks and partner applications as needed.
• Create paid plans and budgets for social media content and engagement activities.
• Manage online branding, sale, special events, influencers and online contest campaigns.
• Manage a blogger and influencers outreach program and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about the Company.
• Build relationships with our partners and Digital PRs.
• Reports on insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing and to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion.
Main role: As the go-to E-commerce and Digital Media Manager, I planned and executed all project requirements, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email retargeting, social media, media buying and advertising campaigns. I designed and built very effective social media strategy with clear objectives and measured KPIs for marketing campaigns performance KPIs against our goals.
• Identified trends and insights, and optimized spend and performance based on the insights.
• Planned, executed, and measured the media plans to achieve the eCommerce target.
• Utilized strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer to maximize the sales and ROI with best customer experience.
Developing Digital Marketing / Social Media Strategic plans and executing all daily eMarketing activities like Social Media accounts on Facebook - Twitter - Instagram - Pinterest - YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Managing all SEO and related technical activities like keywords selection, building links and provide SEO reports - Leading traffic by organic search engines, SEM and PPC campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other pay per click providers.
• Planning and Managing online content for website and blogs updating.
• Managing online stores, customer retention and brand loyalty activities.
Role overview: Responsible for the development and performance of all Digital Marketing and Sales activities in assigned market. Staffs and directs a Marketing team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives.
