• Learning what is a Letter of Credit and how Letters of Credit work.
• Understanding the L/C and L/G terms and expressions
• Learning how to approve the international trade transactions.
• Engaged in the Letters of Credit process, including Export Sales, Project Managers, Export Administrators, Finance, Customer Services and Shipping.
• Following FOREX transactions between different countries who deal with AAIB clients.

Basic Function:
• Involved in determining the financial policies and the main objectives of the company.
• Learning how to prepare and open saving and current accounts.
• Opening payroll cards to our customers.
• How to work in a rush different customers environment in order to handle their requests with high level of delivery.
• Learning how to sustain and absorb customers HEAT ( Hearing them well-Emphasis-Act- and to transfer my actions towards them)
• Currently receiving customers’ complaints and requests which make them scattered between various sections. So, a team concerned only with the customer service scope should be formed provided that this team doesn’t have any other operational tasks in order to speed up the complaints/requests flow and to not influence the operational work flow of this team as well.
• Investigate and expedite Customers complaints and report it internally to our team leader.
• Develop procedures; evaluate performance indicators and direct change to eliminate problems and to assure quality services.
