-High level supervision of Project progress, costs, risks and improvement

This position includes and not limited to:
ôMeet with client to discuss system and Planning, controlling, monitoring, timelines and managing assigned project resources to best meet project objectives and adhere to project scope, time, cost and quality constraints.

Prepared all project schedules/plans, Applied high end project management concepts like critical path, material and human resource management to ensure adherence to deadlines, Supervised the preparation of layouts, projected technicalities and interacted with the technical office to secure requisite approvals and maintain documentation.
ôScrutinizing project inception plan.
ôFollowing up Site acquisitions and negotiating with owner to get the best price.
ôInterface for all 2G/3G BSS & MW material preparation and delivery to partners.
ôFollowing the implementation of the telecom sites starting from civil point of view till them RFI (ready for installation).
ôManaging the telecom material installation, commissioning & integration to meet the targets date.
ôFollowing site quality and deficiency clearance.
ôFollowing the cleaning of the optimization team comments.
ôFollowing PAT OIL clearance and documentation.

-Indoor solutions for STC Projects (5 projects).
-LOS Designing & RF for STC Projects (100 sites).
-BSS HUAWEI Projects (30 sites).
-MSC HUAWEI Projects (6 sites).
-Planning, controlling, monitoring,
-Maintaining continuous alignment of projects scope with strategic business objectives, and recommending projects modifications to effectively meet organizational objectives.
-Producing detailed client reports enumerating causes of delay and variance in budgetary projections. Organizing regular meetings with clients, engineers and consultants to apprise them on project progress.
-HUAWEI MSC Projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Installation, Commissioning, Configuration and Troubleshooting (MSC server (Msoftx), Media gateway (UMG), and billing server (iGWB)),
-Integration, testing, loading Patches, upgrading, and all work related to the switch.
-Planning the number of links and routes depending on the required capacity.
-Designing new features for customer satisfaction.
-Handling both of Msoftx3000 and UMG8900.
-STC O&M Eng. For this project including special occasions & seasons.
-Mediated between Huawei and STC staff to offer high quality services. Responsible for O&M administration and database alterations.
