1) Channel sales/Electronic Recharge System related support & reporting in order to find out different needs of regional team as well as higher management and implement those needs to ensure smooth sales relate operation.
2) Electronic Recharge System rollout planning and handling the cross functional issues to ensure effective rollout.
3) Electronic Recharge System handling as a network admin and channel admin.
4) Developing different quality parameters to make Electronic Recharge System revenue sales one-step ahead towards the target.
5) Provide operation support to regional sales team and channel sales partner.
6) Provide ideas to sales strategy team regarding process improvement, Gap analysis and alternate solutions.
7) Maintaining the stock management system for Sales Tracking System (STS).
8) Channel sales related reporting module finalizing & publishing.
9) Weekly Retail wise E Top-u Numeric Reach Analysis.
10) Customer Care Point(CCP) coordination and CCP related reporting module finalizing & publishing.
