  Overall management of production and Quality Control activities.
 Have experience in meeting and assuring quality as per the customer requirement.
 Ensure Incoming, in process and final inspection as per document procedure
 Identify the quality deficiencies in raw material, in process and to initiate corrective and action.
 Strong Knowledge of Metallurgical and Mechanical properties of steels as per grades.
 Monitoring Metallurgical and Mechanical Testing Reports.
 Witnessing and coordinating mechanical testing like impact test, testing (yield, elongation and proof test), bend test and hardness testing.
 In charge of all type of heat treatment process for better steel product
 NDT inspection on billets and ingots to find out various casting defects.
 Coordinating with lab in charge for testing of raw material and finished goods.
 Preparation of Monthly Production Report.
 Routine inspection of Reheating furnace, Rollers, heat treatment plant, cooling bed, testing and inspection equipments etc.

 Experienced in production planning, scheduling, manpower allocation and costing, adept at reducing downtime and enhancing operational effectiveness of equipments.
 Handling the plant operation Encompassing production, QA/QC, procurement supply chain and effective manpower management
 Have experience in handling and attending customer complaints
 Preparing root cause analysis for customer/supplier complaints, taking corrective action and resolving complaints
 Areas of expertise include technical discussion, quality control aspects and interaction with clients to meet operational requirements, procurement and management.
 preventive and breakdown maintenance of Reheating furnace, Rollers, heat treatment plant, cooling bed, testing and inspection equipments etc
 Supervised maintenance of machineries for improving product quality
 Taken responsibility of men & materials

 Obtain the master list of materials (MLM) & material procurement plan (MPP) in co-ordination with the project unit and procure the materials as per the plan.
 To review / assess technical specification, BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and Manufacturer List to determine suitable vendors and suppliers.
 Creation of Purchasing documents like purchase plan, purchase proposal, purchase requisitions and purchase order.
 Ensure timely arrival of the material from the principal through continuous follow-ups through mail and by telephone.
 Familiarized with vender evaluation report and vender evaluation chart.
 Prepare and compile monthly production report including delay analysis, root caused analysis and corrective and preventive action and forward it to Management
 Prepare inspection reports, NCR, weekly QA/QC reports and repairing status
 Supervised and managed the in-line assembling of KAMCO Tillers and KAMCO diesel engine.
 Maintaining Discipline on the Shop Floor.
