Payroll Outsourcing :
Responsible for all accounts’ staff affairs the personnel function and all related issues such as dealing with Labor office, social insurance authority and tax authority.Prepare the required analytical reports for different parts (Clients & Management).Administrate the hiring & resignation processes for all the OS employees in accordance with the Egyptian labor law.Collect payroll variables from all accounts’ SPOCs (such as allowances, loans, hiring/ termination dates, leaves, social insurance, tax, overtime and other adjustments) and ensure that they are accurately reflected.Responsible for running & reviewing payroll calculations.
