• Report to the Account Manager/Group Account Director
• Assist in the operation of accounts handled by Rawaj
• Maintain day-to-day contact with the clients as directed by the Account Managers
• Ensures that all elements of client programs, events are completed on time and to the highest possible standards follow the pre agreed contracts and action plans
• Distribute press releases to media and follow-up calls to ensure coverage
• Assist in media monitoring for all Rawaj client clippings
• Update the media lists on a regular basis
• Establish and maintain necessary media and third party supplier contacts to ensure client programs can be executed professionally
• Keep up-to-date with the local PR industry to target potential new clients to be pursued with the Account Director
• Focus on identifying new business opportunities that fit the strategic direction of the organization, and maximizing the outcomes of those opportunities.
• Participating in developing and executing Marketing plans
• Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and ensure that any directly relevant information is communicated to key stakeholders by using different tools and methods like Media tracking and tabulation
• Execution of Public Relations Strategies to position the organization as a supplier of choice for the UAE.
• Develop, draft and distribute media releases, key messages, media FAQs, speeches, and presentations where required.
• Develop relationships with businesses and community groups to promote the organization by managing the production of events (public awareness campaigns, media and publicity campaigns, staff annual function and social responsibility projects) in coordination with the Marketing Department and the Hospital Directorate
• Ensure meeting the internal and external branding and advertising collaterals in a timely manner.
• Participating in marketing new services /offers or promotional campaigns.
• Draft and prepare client and agencies proposals, contracts, and associated documentation
• Coordinate with the Corporate Marketing Team to monitor and analyze hospital media exposure.
• Oversee the development of marketing literature, both electronic and paper based
• Implement and update direct E- marketing activities and help facilitate thought leadership (i.e. credibility, expertise, strong social voice, community value) for organizations through the creation and marketing of newsworthy, targeted and compelling content and through the utilization of new and social media tools to increased online conversations, community engagement and organizational presence.
• Ensure that budgets are prepared and managed in line with the organization standards and that cost reports are analyzed and variances clarified/reported on a monthly basis
