- Responsible for the collection and analysis of different data in relation to the project activities- Initiate data analysis and action planning meeting with program teams to review data trends and overall project performance
- Responsible for implementing the M&E activities/ processes by providing technical support andchecking quality
- Participate in developing an M&E work plan, qualitative indicators and indicator tracking matrix, in linewith the project’s thematic standards and practice.
- Lead efforts in reviewing existing evaluation approach and to promote more rigorous and impactoriented evaluation design
- Manage and conduct qualitative monitoring among beneficiaries and other stakeholders, such assurveys, focus group discussions, interviews
- Support in developing dash boards for tracking and depicting progress on strategy implementationagainst objectives
Contractor - worked on Database Migration project using SQL Server 2016
Responsible for all database issues for the different projects in the development department, starting from analyzing database requirements, suggesting the solutions to implementing them taking into considerations the security and performance issues .
Responsibilities:
•Choosing a database architecture / design

•Documenting code, errors, and code modifications in detailed supporting documents
•Evaluating alternatives in code implementation and make decisions

•Identifying, troubleshooting and correcting malfunctions/failures
