• Develop strategies and policies and ensure these are carried out as per daily operations.
• Develop and present business plans for the development of the Creative Services function, tracking their KPIs as necessary once approved.
• Develop and forecast Creative Services annual budgets alongside key stakeholders, ensuring relevant goals and objectives are incorporated.
• Prepare monthly spend reports and cost-saving reports for the VP of Creative Services and reporting any deviations as they arise. Track monthly savings for Graphic, Store Design & Production Facility.
• Manage the Procurement of visual merchandising assets overseeing a team of Procurement coordinators to ensure LPOs raised and invoices settle as per company SOA and budget sheets are maintained and updated.
• Approve LPOs and invoices in the system. Oversee the critical path to ensure all shipments of materials are delivered on time, working with the shipping and supply chain teams to arrange deliveries to stores/visual merchandising warehouse.
• Manage Print and Production Facility, reviewing schedules to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, quality is maintained as well as ensuring all production and printing machinery, and vehicles are kept in optimum condition.
• Oversee Creative Services Logistics function, ensuring assets are stored appropriately at the warehouse, delivered on time, and disposed of in a sustainable manner.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are always enforced, keeping up to date with all industry Health & Safety requirements.
• Collate and present weekly warehouse and last-mile SLA reports across the e-commerce business for better tracking and continuous improvement.
• Increase visibility for the e-commerce business heads across functions by providing new reports, dashboards, insights, and ways to improve.
• Plan workforce schedule based on historical data ahead of major sales such as Black Friday & Super Sale.
• Track KPI's across teams and providing teams with feedback on performance.
• Continually monitor and improve the overall performance of the operations.
• Ensure that communication and processes between various teams run smoothly.
• Plan inbound area adequately to reflect process flow.
• Track expected shipments volumes to plan resources in advance.
• Train resources on all aspects of the returns process, and ensure an effective QC process to complement this.
• Manage the team's weekly schedule and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Hold periodic training sessions for the team to cover all technical tools.
• Manage pending discrepancy queues.
• Set procedures in place and coordinate with buying and merchandising teams to flag high discrepancy shipments.
• Upload and register purchase return orders accurately on the system.
• Maintain accurate records of the shipped items.
• Test and report bugs in the various tools used for the inbound process.
• Check and receive shipments from suppliers.
• Achieve the daily target set by the supervisor.
• Identify and submit discrepancy reports for short, extra, and damaged products.
• Help support the overall floor operations of the warehouse.
