Duties:
a. Facilitated of the entrance of Iraq delegation participating in workshops and missions.
b. Visas for bank staff entering, Jordan.
c. Follow up with ministry of interior, Customs, Intelligence, Police, and ministry of foreign on all issues related to bank staff residing or visiting Jordan.
d. Monitoring the status of the bank Iraq staff residing in Baghdad. Providing with logistical supported and addressing their needs and their concerns with management when needed.
e. Monitoring the performance of the security contractor and taking corrective measures to assure the safety and security of the office.
f. As driver coordinated .ensured the proper coverage for driver services including daily scheduling and rotation of Baghdad driver's Also supervised the proper maintenance of vehicles.
g. Maintain and update crisis plan and evacuation plan.
