Engaging with local and overseas recruitment agencies to meet recruitment criteria’s and target
Handling CV Screening and communication to requested concerned department for review and approval
Prepare agreement for the overseas agencies per company policy and procedures
Coordinating authorizations for overseas staff with Government relations Dept. and Agencies
Setting up and interviews and evaluations with requested department and job candidate
Assist the HR Manager in developing job descriptions.
Update organization structure as and when required.
Control, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related monthly and weekly reports.
Draft employment offer letter and contracts for selected candidates
Forwards collected CVs to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and interviews.
Coordinate manpower planning process and maintain manpower records.
Establishes and maintains files and records on an ongoing basis.
Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.
Personnel affairs
-Making the start up dates for the new employees.
-Responsible for employees transferring between the company branches.
-making the contract for the new employees.
-making ID Cards for the employees.
-Up dating the employees information.
Assist and coordinate with recruitment officer in preparation of students requirements based on universities and colleges requirements.
Receive all the students applications, sort and classify based on each majors and degrees and store in database for retrieval as and when required
