Investors Business Solution Division is an extended phase of the (PPO) initiative that moved and integrated with (MISA).
The division offers a unique & supportive service to investors by offering solutions to their challenges through leading and cooperating with a large network of Government Liaisons, in doing so, the main goal is to assure our clients a happy and smooth journey and take care of them wither in the initial stage or while maintain their business.
The division look into challenges that face all kind of investor ( local / FDI) focus more in to the process side and work closely with other entities to speed it up and act as mediator to set up a common language between the investor and the government entity that will result achieving both objective and to rest assure that the customer will continue his business without obstacle.
In case this challenge been categorized as policy or regulation blocker, then our job is to escalate in order to have the best solution or to advice to modify the current regulation and in some cases we recommend for a new regulation
IBSD Specializes on dealing with complex situation that require the involvement of more than one entity and comprise a level of decision makers to offer the best solution possible; in addition, providing a concierge service to support our clients to issue all the needed licenses and approvals.
Lastly, IBSD applied a state of art system that can monitor all of the received cases to make sure that we are following the SLA agreements efficiently and come up with lessons learned that might result in re-engineering processes to the current procedures .
Priority Project Office is a government initiative launched officially on December 2017 based on a Royal Decree with a mission to support strategic investment by managing their government relation and make sure that all the of the transactions will get it done easily to realize the investment on time with no obstacle or challenges
