- Is directly responsible for ordering, preparing, administering and charting of medications and treatment as ordered by physician.
- Plans and prioritizes nursing care activities/programs.
- Institutes nursing interventions relevant of the overall plan of care.
- Carries out orders of the physician relevant to the total plan of care.
- Coordinates the delivery of non- nursing services relevant to the client's needs.
- Evaluates/modifies nursing care in terms of:
-effectiveness/efficiency of measures
-feedback from clients

-Performed admission procedures and initial assessment & the eventual discharge planning & health teaching.
-Administered due parenteral, oral and emergency medication as ordered with knowledge of its efficacy and side effects.
-Peripheral IV cannulation and its proper maintenance.
-Foleys's and straight catherization.
-Pump operations such as Infusion, syringe pumps and suction machine.
