• Analysis of the monthly branch performance report with an attempt to focus from the highlighted most affected areas and work towards eradicating the issues.
• Discussion with higher management of all visit end observation.
• Reward the ISMs numbers to the branch as per Bank guide line.
• Branch evaluation and Rating Monthly/Yearly.
• Conduct the Service Huddle in every assigned branch.
• Conduct Service Quality Trainings as per Requirement
