 Recruitment:

• Efficiently and effectively filling open positions.
• Building networks to find qualified candidates.
• Posting openings in advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
• Using social and professional internet networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Reviewing applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
• Scheduling and conducting HR interviews.
• Scheduling technical exams & interviews and following up the status with Technical interviewers and hiring managers.
