* Development & maintenance of project master construction schedule, Pictorial charts, and
subcontractor target programs, Attending the progress meetings and reviewing the progress for
the week.
* Achieve the target completion date with Quality, Cost, time and HSE.
* Liaise with Engineer to discuss Works Procedures and to ensure that they are used efficiently.
* Attend weekly Sub-contract meeting and liaise with Sub-contractors on a daily basis.

* Liaise with landlord for firefighting / fire alarm provisions as well as work completion certification.
* Liaise with procurement department for arrival of long led items on site with the time schedule like
wall papers, carpets etc.
* Coordinating with HSE department for zero injury project as well as all the documentation.

* Identification of Variations and additional works to actual contract and to manage rate analysis of items.
* Undertaking Negotiation meetings with Client and Sub Contractors for agreement of completed works.
* Managing the Sub contractor claims and payment certifications, Quantity take offs and correlating them to
work at site.
* Preparing, reviewing and analyzing costs for various design submittals as well as construction documents.
* Providing cost advice related to contractual claims.
* Having an exposure to different sorts of contracts like Fixed rate, Lump sum and Cost plus contracts.
The main function is to estimate a cost for a project and submit the same to the client in the form
of quotation including Bill of Quantities prepared upon the available drawings, images and
information during pre contract stage.
* Preparation of Client claims and Interim Monthly Valuations, Identification of Variations and claim
during post contract stage.
* Preparation of BOQ using standardized costing procedures & incorporating historical data.
* Liaising with suppliers / sub contractors for submission of quotations.

* Monitoring & Execute the site as per drawing & specification.
* Help & monitor to ensure & maintain safety at site.
* Distribute the responsibilities of Operation In charge & other related persons at various stages
of the projects.
