* Development & maintenance of project master construction schedule, Pictorial charts, and
subcontractor target programs, Attending the progress meetings and reviewing the progress for
the week.
* Achieve the target completion date with Quality, Cost, time and HSE.
* Liaise with Engineer to discuss Works Procedures and to ensure that they are used efficiently.
* Attend weekly Sub-contract meeting and liaise with Sub-contractors on a daily basis.
* Go through all construction issued drawings for proper execution.
* Tracking the variation as well as CVI ( confirmation of verbal Instructions )
* Issue RFI, Drawing requests, change requests, material requests.
* Certifying subcontractors work completions.
* Issuing Work inspection requests to client / consultants to maintain the smooth flow of execution.
* Follow up for authority’s inspections like Tcom, DM, ADM, Civil Defense etc.
* Liaise with landlord for firefighting / fire alarm provisions as well as work completion certification.
* Liaise with procurement department for arrival of long led items on site with the time schedule like
wall papers, carpets etc.
* Coordinating with HSE department for zero injury project as well as all the documentation.
* Preparing weekly progress report, Daily manpower log, Weekly safety report.

Key Areas Involved:
* Executing the project as per Planning, Schedule & Tracking the same with Time, Quality & Cost.
* To ensure that all work of construction has to be inspected & supervised to achieve Quality.
* Coordinate and to give work clearance to other subcontractors.
* Arrange and Manage manpower / resources to complete the Project within the stipulated period.
* Looking after Bills of Contractors & PRW's.
* Help to keep healthy working atmosphere. Looking after construction work of 1, 00, 000 sqft/year.

As a Quantity Surveyor :
* Preparation of Client claims and interim monthly Valuations.
* Identification of Variations and additional works to actual contract and to manage rate analysis of items.
* Undertaking Negotiation meetings with Client and Sub Contractors for agreement of completed works.
* Managing the Sub contractor claims and payment certifications, Quantity take offs and correlating them to
work at site.
* Preparing, reviewing and analyzing costs for various design submittals as well as construction documents.
* Providing cost advice related to contractual claims.
* Having an exposure to different sorts of contracts like Fixed rate, Lump sum and Cost plus contracts.
The main function is to estimate a cost for a project and submit the same to the client in the form
of quotation including Bill of Quantities prepared upon the available drawings, images and
information during pre contract stage.
* Preparation of Client claims and Interim Monthly Valuations, Identification of Variations and claim
during post contract stage.
* Preparation of BOQ using standardized costing procedures & incorporating historical data.
* Liaising with suppliers / sub contractors for submission of quotations.
* Coordinating between other teams to obtain maximum details to put forward an accurate estimate.
* Site visits to assess viability and after confirmation to record variation orders and check on the
quality of work of appointed subcontractors.
* Reviewing of contract documents and ensure accuracy.
* Keeping up to date records of material rates.
* Taking care of company targets and profit levels.
* Performing post show analyses and submission to senior management.

* Study and find out the scope of work and study the various technical aspects of the projects.

* Preparing Shop Drawings for joinery products.
* Encoding and Monitor the work with ERP system ( FOCUS).
* Sort out the various technical issues with the help of meeting with Client / Project Manager Representative.
Coordination Engineer
* Study the drawings and prepare shop drawings with the help of Draftsman.
* Maintenance of Different construction projects by various specialized techniques such as Injections,
Protective coating, Concrete repairs, waterproofing, etc.
* Monitoring & Execute the site as per drawing & specification.
* Help & monitor to ensure & maintain safety at site.
* Distribute the responsibilities of Operation In charge & other related persons at various stages
of the projects.
* Monitoring sub-contractor work.
* Keep management informed on progress of project and Schedule.
Executing the residential project as per drawing, specification & tracking the same as per schedule.
* Coordination with client, Architect & Consultant.
* Manage manpower to complete the work as per schedule.
