Operations Manager (Reporting to Operations Director)
• Responsible for overall functioning & Operation control of the organization.
• Steer and direct manufacturing operations that generates approx. Dhs 45mn in annual revenue.
• Establish operational policies and implement process improvement to ensure superior quality and outstanding output of steel fabricated products.
• Directly managed 12 Project Engineers overseeing 150 employees.

• Design and implement coaching and training programs to develop staff, facilitate efficiency and improve performance.
• Manage operational and capital expense budgets.
• Ensure adherence to strict quality control procedures.
• Responsible for delivering better customer service by meeting the delivery schedules and product quality.
• Responsible for submit Approved drawings and design calculations in code package to the AI for review and verification and consult the concerned department if any technical/design support required.
• Transmit copies of the approved drawings, Bill of materials and delivery conditions to the relevant department.
• Assign and plan the jobs. Responsible for approving materials purchase request based on the technical delivery conditions to the relevant department.

Responsible for managing Fabrication Production, Welding and Quality control of Pressure vessel, Heat Exchangers, Condensers, Piping, Fuel Oil Storage tanks, Storage Silos, Heavy Industrial Structures and Platforms including Equipment's for Oil and Gas, Petroleum-Chemical related Industries including Cement, Energy and Power, Environmental, Food, Fertilizer, Shipping industries, Desalination and Process Plant Equipment's etc. with ASME, BS and API codes and standards.

• Responsible for managing Fabrication and Quality control of Pressure vessel, Heat Exchanger, Condensers, Piping, Fuel Oil Storage tanks, Storage Silos for Oil and Gas Industry, Petroleum-Chemical Industry, Cement Industry, Energy and Power plant, Environmental Industry, Food Industry, Shipping Industry, Desalination Plant Equipment, Process Plants, Offshore industry, Rolling Mills including Heavy Industrial Structures and Platforms with ASME, BS and API codes and standards. Familiar with estimation and planning.
• Major Projects Handled - Pressure vessel and Heat Exchangers like Crude Ticl4 Storage tank, Inter coolers and After Coolers, Fuel Oil Heater, Horizontal Monomer, Condensers, Deplegmators, Spinning tank, Moisture Separator, Hiboil Column condenser, Methyl Chloride Blow Down tank, Solvent Storage Tanks, Storage Silos, Fuel Oil Storage Tanks, Nitrogen Buffer Vessel, SAW welded Pipes, Transformer Tanks, Drill Rods, Quick Opening Door for Rotary Digester including Heavy structures and Process Equipments.
• Sound knowledge in welding techniques like SMAW, SAW, GTAW, GMAW and FCAW.
• Innate strengths in designing and implementing quality control systems and procedures to ensure strict adherence to quality parameters, minimize rejections and achieve highest quality standards.
• Fully conversant with various Codes and Standards like ASME/AWS/BS/API pertaining to Pressure vessel, Heat Exchanger, Piping and Storage Tanks.
• Possess people management, analytical, & interpersonal skills coupled with handling multiple projects simultaneously with high integrity.
• Skillful in client expectation management, understanding of client requirements, team building, and validating technical readiness.
