• Maintaining the generator service activity in Kuwait oil Company as per the standard.
• Installation, testing and commissioning of 24/7 operation for Diesel Generators.
• Ensure to verify the generator load test report before equipment’s ready to dispatch.
• Execute the daily monitoring process for the generators running in the Kuwait oil field.
• On call emergency activities maintained to the installed equipment’s in Kuwait oil management.
• Monitor the feed - back/alert messages from Remote monitoring GPRS tracking system installed in the generators and ensure timely action taken to rectify the problems and develops periodical report for the same.
• Minimize Under Repair equipment’s and daily inspection to ensure for predetermined regional target.
• Ensure all service related documentation is completed according to the procedures.
• Identify common repeat failures on equipment to prevent reoccurrence using available data and communicate to Operations Manager
• Yard Management to ensure the technicians are servicing and repairs are carried out on to the highest quality
• Parts management for to minimize the damages
• Supervising the teams and supporting to manage the fleet availability.
• Technical Support to the team and clients whenever applicable.
• Proactively manage the technical team to ensure the maximum productivity is achieved.
• Conduct regular inspection of equipment within yard to ensure for ready to dispatch.
• Conduct induction, performance appraisal development and training of direct reports.
