Perform QS activities, ensuring all aspects of operation and associated processes are in compliance with Company Quality Management and Procedures (QMS: ISO 9001:2015), Environmental (EMS: ISO 14001:2015), Health and Safety (HSE: ISO 45001:2018) and applicable Client(s) standards.
Prepare MTO as per each stage final drawings in accordance with the latest Construction Specification Institute (as per latest CSI) Master Format.
Flags out and coordinate discrepancies within the Project scope and design documents (Drawings and Spec) with the Design Team and ensure issues are addressed and resolved.
Prepare Construction Cost Estimate of different Class Types in accordance to approved drawings and specifications including material back-up quotes to support the estimate.
Perform and complete assigned activities within the allocated/budgeted man-hour (MH) and on schedule.
Vendor management right from the RFQ/RFP stage and getting the quotation with material specification and datasheets in time and its evaluation and finalizing the vendors based on their pre-qualification.
Attends workshops, vendor meetings with respective project scope of work for all General material, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Architectural material and its services.
Project Supervision in the capacity of Mechanical Engineer Consultant, Review of Engineering drawings and coordination, Mechanical Construction Management and Coordination. Reviewing the material specifications datasheets and approval.
Perform routine quality check of material and work inspection and approvals of all Mechanical systems as per the standards within the scope of work.
Verification of all the maintenance manuals of each respective vendor. Verification of variation order scope of work its bill submissions and approval.
Preparation of snag lists and material reconciliation and handing over of project with all the Technical records to the client.

Construction, Pre-installation, & Infrastructure of Al MO Hospital Consist of (1 B including Oncology Dep. + G+ 5 Floors + Services Buildings - Corporate Building -Total Cost 350, 000, 000.00 SR.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cold call as appropriate within our market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging our network.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

SPOC for Project Management and Coordination, Material Requirement Planning, Cost Estimation, Procurement and Contract activities of HVAC, Fire Protection System, Electrical System, Plumbing and Drainage Systems. Ensure proper Project Execution, Quantity surveying and Utilization, Project Budget and Cost Control with respect to Procurement of Materials. Evaluating the RFQ from the respective Vendors as per the approved makes or brands as per the consultant approvals. Evaluation of Techno Commercial Comparisons by ensuring agreed budget limits to maintain the project profitability at each stage. Tracking of LC, BG, DFR, Project Cost and Material Tracking with respect to the PRs, released POs accordingly and for release of payments by tracking CIP as per the supplier Invoices, Delivery notes by synchronizing with the MRRs from Projects. Evaluating the vendors and vendor development.
Responsible for the end-to-end delivery and management of various aspects covered under PMO.
Ensure an on-going engagement across multiple levels as per the defined model.
Identify issues that could potentially affect the engagement, escalate & coordinate resolution.
Plan and Execute different phases of the PMO's Initiatives & Projects.
Track day-to-day activities against the planned time line and budgets
Pro-actively manage the vendors so that work is performed at the right levels of quality and timeliness and to manage risks
Manage project team members to ensure that tasks are carried out as per plan.
Regular Communication on the status of Initiatives and Achievements through the different channels & forums.
Develop monthly operating reports.
